Bonchon Fayetteville
About This Spot
Nestled in the heart of Fayetteville, Bonchon Fayetteville gently pulls you into a lively yet unpretentious rhythm the moment you step through its doors. There’s a comfortable casualness here—an everyday neighborhood spot where the inviting sizzle of wings being hand-brushed with sauces blends with the friendly chatter among diners. It strikes a balance between a quick meal on a busy afternoon and a relaxed gathering with friends or family, a place where both the pace and energy ebb and flow with the moment.
The air hums softly with the aromas of double-fried chicken, tinged with sticky soy garlic and cheeky hints of spicy yangnyeom, promising a culinary experience that’s both familiar and richly layered. Far from being just a fried chicken takeaway, the atmosphere hints at a deeper appreciation for Korean and Asian fusion flavors, inviting you to explore beyond the wings and dips into comforting bowls of bibimbap or slippery noodles tossed in subtly sweet and savory notes.
Here, each dish feels thoughtfully prepared—hand-brushed wings that stay crisp through the last bite and street-food-inspired bites that bring a bit of Korea’s bustling flavor to Georgia’s pace. The openness of the space encourages easy conversation, whether it’s a pause in a busy day or a casual night out. Even as the place evolves and refines its service, there’s a genuine effort to make every visit feel warm and accessible, where staff thoughtfully guide newcomers through the menu and regulars find the dependable flavors they crave.
Dining at Bonchon Fayetteville isn’t about formality—it’s a human moment centered on good food enjoyed without fuss. Whether you’re sharing spicy wings that crackle under crispy coating, warming up with a bowl of soothing udon, or savoring playful bites like takoyaki and bao buns, this is a spot where the simple pleasure of a well-made meal can anchor a day, calm a craving, or spark discovery.
In Fayetteville’s rhythm, Bonchon carves out its own space: casual, familiar, and quietly confident in the bold flavors it serves—always with a touch of warmth that invites you to come back and savor the details in a place that feels like a small, flavorful adventure just down the street.

A great place for a quick meal. Great to dine in and relax. Had the wings and drum sticks and was pleasantly surprised. Also shout out to Joanna for guiding me through the process

Our family of four went here to eat on a Saturday. It seems as though the ownership is changing over as they were setting up new elements in the restaurant. They only had disposable to-go silverware and plates available for dine in. The cashier was friendly and greeted us and probably took our order. Even though we waited quite a while for our food despite there not being too many customers in the seating area, I must say that the wait was well worth it! I’ve eaten Korean fried chicken at various restaurants in the metro Atlanta area, including this location, but this particular visit provided the most perfectly cooked Korean fried chicken I’ve ever had. It was perfectly crispy, without being dry or burnt. The garlic soy seasoning was balanced and well incorporated. We paired it with rice and seasoned fries. Both were also perfectly executed. I highly recommend this location. I would return here with my family, but I do hope they are able to increase the speed of their service.

Food was absolutely amazing. My mother is Korean and never heard of it. So when we walked in she was like “ only get a little”. We needed up getting takeout! she even said it’s better than Korean food but she’s not wrong. It has the traditional Korean flavors but multiply it by 10. We got take out for us and her husband. The Korean wings (spicy) was super crunchy. Even the last one stayed crunchy. Ttolk bok ki. Was really good too. She also said that was the best she had She kept saying how surprised she was at how good the food was. And again I have to agree. Oh also we got the bulgogi tacos. Freaking delicious. I seriously haven’t seen her eat this much in forever. You must check it out. Not sure if all the locations are this good. But I will be back here.

Ok, this spot was ok. I gave them a 4 star bc I know lower scores impact restaurants. Many are having issues and closing due to the economy. However, keeping it real, the Grilled Chicken Burger was a little tiny. Fried Chicken in the Salad was double-fried for sure!...hard to eat. Fries were great! Order was ready on time and accurate. I would still go back and try something else.
